Text Box: Lincoln Women's Bowling Association Text Box: The annual meeting of the Lincoln Women’s Bowling Association was held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 5, 2006 at Hollywood Bowl. Committee reports were presented by committee chairs. The following members were elected to the new USBC board: President: Judy Stanczyk, Vice President: Carol Mitchell, Sergeant at Arms: Sandy Juricek, Directors: Francine Carter, Jennifer Fischer, Heather Hank, Jane Hoffman, Karen Kadavy, Kathy Lahman, Mandy Lathen, Patty Meyer, Terry Ann Moore, Byrdie Mrkvicka, Connie Ortlieb, Terri Jo Podraza, Pat Sieber, Barb Skillman, Laurie White and Addie Zastrow. Memorial Service: A memorial service was held to honor LWBA members who have passed away between February 1, 2005 and February 1, 2006. Johnson, Barbara Schlegelmilch, Ruth Louise Sievers, Frankie Stephenson, Lucille Stephenson and Wilma Street. Jamboree: The 49th Nebraska State Bowling Jamboree will be held in Grand Island in 2006. 2007 USBC Women’s State Tournament: The 2007 USBC Women's Bowling Association State Tournament will be held in Grand Island. The following individuals were elected to serve as delegates at the 2007 state convention: Carol Mitchell and Connie Ortlieb. Deceased LWBA members names are inscribed on the memorial plaque if they have been an LWBA member for 15 years or more. A yearly memorial service is held at the City Meeting in March honoring those who have passed away between February 1st of the preceding year and February 1st of the current year, regardless of their eligibility for the Meach Mulder Plaque.
